Application Process

Step 1: Apply to the College online.

Step 2: Request official transcripts from high school, any previous college or GED certificate. Have your transcripts sent directly to the Grays Harbor College Admissions Office, 1620 Edward P. Smith Drive, Aberdeen, WA 98520-7599 or fax to (360) 538-4293

Apply for financial aid online at www.fafsa.ed.gov

If you would like advice about course selection, call the Counseling and Advising Office at 360-538-4049 or email mbarnes@ghc.edu

If enrolling only in online classes, register by emailing your selections to Brenda Dell, Admissions Assistant, at bdell@ghc.edu.

There is also a WAOL service fee of $8 per credit for all online classes

Pay for your classes in one of the following ways:

  • If you have a student ID and pin number you can pay online with a credit card
  • Pay with a credit card by calling 360-538-4032
  • Mail your check to the Grays Harbor College Business Office, 1620 Edward P. Smith Drive, Aberdeen WA 98520-7599
  • Bring your payment to the Business Office at the campus


Book Purchases

Purchase your books in one of the following ways

  1. Use the mail-in book order form or email to dgrigsby@ghc.edu
