Parking
– Employee parking spaces are assigned as space becomes available. Spaces are located in
parking lots for full-time employees.
There are a limited number of Part-time Staff/Faculty parking spaces available. Permits for these
spaces are available from the Business Office. Maps of the assigned parking
spaces are available at the Campus Operations.

Visitors’ and disabled parking spaces are clearly
marked and employees should not park in these designated spaces. The disabled
parking slots are patrolled by GHC parking staff during the day and by evening
administrators when night classes are in session. On occasion, Aberdeen Police
Department vehicles also patrol the disabled parking area. Those who DO NOT
display the proper permits face hefty fines.
Student lots are also clearly marked. If employee parking is
unavailable, you may park in the student lot. Permits for employees with
temporary disabilities are available in the Disabled Student Services
Department. Grays Harbor College cannot be responsible for parking or towing
fees.
After
3:00 p.m., parking is permitted in any parking lot on an unreserved, first-come
first-serve basis except for designated part-time faculty/staff and handicapped
spaces. White lines define all legal
parking spaces and cars must be parked between white lines in parking spaces. Speed limits vary on campus and are posted;
please drive with caution.
