I/we agree that the use of facilities is granted with the express understanding and condition that the user organization and its agents will hold harmless and indemnify Grays Harbor College for any loss, damage or claims arising out of such use. I/we understand all facility use arrangements are tentative until GHC returns an approved copy of this application.
