Grays Harbor College Optimization Plan

The Optimization Plan is Grays Harbor College’s Strategic Plan. It is the result of ongoing institutional planning on a three-year planning cycle. The Optimization Plan supports the College’s work to optimize students’ experiences and institutional performance at GHC. The Optimization Plan supports the College Success Plan (Core Themes) with a specific set of institutional objectives.

Year 2: 2014-2015

Year 1: 2013-2014

Originally conceived as a way to increase college enrollment, the Optimization Plan has grown to address all aspects of student success and institutional effectiveness. The current Optimization Plan has Five Focus Areas, each with its own Implementation Plan.
