The Personal Information window displays information about you, including: Charged Items, Request Information, and Fines & Fees. To access this information you must supply your Institution ID (Student ID Number) and last name in the Login screen.

This contains information on items checked out to you and includes due dates, item titles and statuses. You may renew items by checking the box next to the title and then selecting the Renew Items button.
Here is information about any items you have placed on hold. There are two possible lists: Requests Pending and Items Available.
Requests Pending will list items that are on hold, but have not yet been located or returned for your use. It gives the title, date when the hold expires, queue position (your place in line, if there are multiple holds on an item), and the status. You can use this information to keep track of your requests. Items Available tells what items are now available and awaiting you for pickup. Information listed here includes title, date when the item will no longer be held for you, and the location where you can pick up the item.
Here you can find out about any charges you have acquired, with the total amount due listed at the top. Also included: the Date the charge was assessed or paid, a Title if applicable, the type of charge or payment (Fee/Posting Type), how much charged (Fee), payments made (Posting), and balance (Balance).
After you are finished viewing your Patron Information, click one of the buttons at the top or bottom of the page to perform another activity. Be sure to exit the catalog when finished, or you will remain logged in.
