TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Official Transcript
An official transcript is a copy of the student's permanent grade record which is signed by the appropriate student records officer and carries the official seal of the college. If a student is to furnish an official transcript to another college or university it usually must be mailed directly to the registrar of that institution.

Unofficial Transcript
An unofficial copy of a transcript is usually for student use. If you have your student I.D. number and PIN you can access your unofficial transcript directly on the Information Kiosk. If you don't have your I.D. number and PIN you may request it in writing from the Admissions and Records Office.

Transcript Requests

Transcripts can be ordered online using any major credit card. Your card will be charged when your school sends your transcript(s). Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online. To order your transcripts online, visit: www.getmytranscript.com

The following is required to order a transcript online:
	A valid major credit card
	An email account
	Your signed consent

Grays Harbor College students may also request transcripts in writing (at no charge). The request must include name with middle initial, social security number, address, all former names, period of attendance, and signature.The transcript will not be sent without the student's signature. The Transcript Request Form is available online and from the Admissions and Records Office. Please mail or fax the completed form to:
