TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Official Transcript
An official transcript is a copy of the student's permanent grade record which is signed by the appropriate student records officer and carries the official seal of the college. If a student is to furnish an official transcript to another college or university it usually must be mailed directly to the registrar of that institution.

Unofficial Transcript
An unofficial copy of a transcript is usually for student use. If you have your student I.D. number and PIN you can access your unofficial transcript directly on the Information Kiosk. If you don't have your I.D. number and PIN you may request it in writing from the Admissions and Records Office.

Transcript Requests
Students requesting release of Grays Harbor College transcripts must do so in writing. The request must include name with middle initial, social security number, address, all former names, period of attendance, and signature.The transcript will not be sent without the student's signature. Grays Harbor College does not charge for transcripts.

A Transcript Request Form is available from the Admissions and Records Office.
