You may have already heard that due to the number of students walking for graduation this year, we have decided to rent tents and hold the ceremony outside between the HUB and the gym.  Parking on upper campus is limited, so we have asked students to park on lower campus after dropping off their guests.  I am requesting that if it’s possible for GHC staff to park on lower campus, I would appreciate that also.  We will have vans that will be shuttling those who park on lower campus and need a ride up the hill.

Grades are not mailed to you at the end of the quarter. You can access your unofficial transcript (grades) through the Student Records KIOSK. All grades for the quarter are usually available on the Tuesday following finals week. If you have any fines against your account you will be blocked from viewing your grades.

You'll Need Your Student ID number and Global PIN...

A Student Identification number (SID) and a Global PIN number were assigned to you when you were officially admitted as a new GHC student. When used together, your SID and Global PIN give you access to your personal academic information through the Information Kiosk. (i.e. your grades, financial aid info, degree audit, etc). Your global PIN remains the same unless you change it. This is not the number you use to register for classes!

These numbers were sent to you via mail but, if you forget them you can take a picture ID to the Admissions and Records Office where they can provide the information.
For security reasons, this information cannot be e-mailed to you or given out over the phone.
