Taiko is the Japanese word for drum and the name of this spellbinding art form and Portland Taiko is the premier Pacific Northwest taiko ensemble. With roots in ancient Japanese tradition, Portland Taiko presents a dynamic and evolving evening, combining rhythm, movement, energy, and culture into a single art form. All ages will enjoy this spirited show.
