2013 Mystery Get Away
Description:

Up, Up and Away! To our $1 million goal!

Join the Grays Harbor College Foundation again this year as we reach for our goal of endowing the World Class Scholars program.

Mark your calendar and join us at the 5th annual Mystery Get Away fundraiser on Thursday, February 21, 2013; all proceeds will go towards World Class Scholars.  You might be the winner of a great mystery trip for two! Up, Up and Away! Our previous winners have traveled to Seattle, Las Vegas, San Francisco and San Diego. This year’s 3-night, top-secret trip will be even more exciting!

Since the first World Class Scholars graduated from area high schools and enrolled at GHC in 1999, the Foundation has awarded $790,000 in partial tuition scholarships to more than 700 qualifying students.  This vital scholarship program could not be more essential for the success of our young people than it is right now.  We need to ensure that our unique scholarship incentive program for young students in this community will continue for years to come.  Thus far, we have raised $500,000, halfway to our $1 million endowment.

We know you truly care about the future of the young people who live in our community.  Please consider being a sponsor of our Mystery Get Away event.  For a donation of $1,000 or more you will receive recognition as a sponsor and 20 tickets (one ticket equals one drawing entry, you must be present to win).  At the donor level of $500 or more, you will receive 10 tickets.  Single tickets may be purchased for $50 each.

We hope to include you among our World Class Scholars Mystery Get Away event sponsors and will be contacting you in a few days to discuss our efforts. Thank you in advance for your continuing generosity, as we all work together to support our young people reach for their dreams of going to college.  Call 538-4243 or email jjorgens@ghc.edu for more information.

Sincerely,
