Track My Degree Progress
Tracking your degree progress and viewing degree and certificate requirements can be done online using our advising tool called Degree Audit.
What is Degree Audit?
Degree Audit is an online advising tool that allows you to view degree and certificate requirements and track your completed coursework towards completion of chosen degree or certificate program.
Degree Audit Features
- Degree Audit: Run an audit of your current academic record against any degree or certificate offered at Grays Harbor College to view your progress towards graduation.
- Academic Planner: View an academic plan of future coursework recommended by your advisor. An academic plan is a listing of tentative future coursework by quarter.
- Advising Notes: View advising notes your advisor may leave for you. For example, an advisor may summarize decisions made during your meeting or note advising recommendations.
Please keep in mind that Degree Audit is just a tool to help students track their progress. The final decisions about meeting the requirements for a degree rest with the Credential Evaluator and the prevailing document is the college catalog. Every possible precaution has been taken to insure that the information you get is accurate. However, if your audit does not look right to you, please bring it to the Admissions & Records Office in the HUB or call 538-4100.
Log In to Degree Audit
To use Degree Audit, you will need your Student ID (SID) and Global PIN. If you don't have your SID and PIN, you may either look it up online or request it in writing from the Admissions and Records Office.
Please note that Degree Audit is available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
