Additionally\, we address the emotional and physical changes during pregnancy and postpartum\, encourage informed decision-making\, and foster open communication between partners and healthcare providers. By providing a supportive environment\, this class aims to empower parents\, reduce anxiety\, and promote a positive childbirth experience. \nMandy Webb Hancock is a 10-year certified childbirth educator as well as a certified trauma-informed and inclusive doula specializing in birth\, postpartum\, and bereavement support.
