Minecraft (PC / java version 1.15.2) - Thursday Night Gaming all ages community
Picking up where we left off, city building. Spleef 2.0, anyone?
If you like watching or playing video games with friends and family, join GHC Esports for Thursday Night Gaming!
For the next six weeks (at least!) GHC will be hosting online community gaming nights from 6-8pm, and anyone is welcome. Come hang out with the GHC campus community, local K-12 students, and other community members for a fun evening of casual and competitive gaming. Want to spectate instead of play? No problem, hang out with us and join the chat in our livestreams every week on Twitch and Facebook.
So, what is esports anyway? Esports is organized, competitive, online video gaming. Esports allows students and educators to redefine athletic culture, promote physical and mental health, diversify opportunities for student participation, increase career and collegiate scholarship opportunities, and honor the importance of play. And at GHC, that’s what we’re about.
GHC is building a modern gaming arena and launching teams for the top four collegiate titles this fall – right now is the time to get involved. To learn more, follow GHC Esports on social media, fill out the Esports Recruiting Form, and come game with us!
