ctcLink Scheduled Outages

Please be aware of upcoming ctcLink outages. ctcLink will not be accessible to staff or students on these dates. However, Canvas will not be affected and will remain accessible throughout these outages.  

Upcoming ctcLink Outages

There are a number of ctcLink outages coming up, due to the next group of colleges going live with ctcLink which will impact the entire community and technical college system, including GHC.

What does a planned ctcLink outage mean?

Employees and students will not be able to access their ctcLink accounts for the periods of time listed below.  It also means that when outages happen during typical business hours, some student service areas will be unavailable to the public because they cannot perform essential functions.  

Will Canvas be impacted?

No. Canvas will still be in operation during these planned ctcLink outage dates/times.  

May Dates

  • Thursday, May 12, 2022, 9:00 pm – Friday, May 13, 2022, 2:00 am

This will not affect Canvas or Email.
