Washington Poet Laureate, Tod Marshall - March 6
Posted on: Feb, 28, 2017
The John Spellman Library is excited to host our current Washington State Poet Laureate, Tod Marshall, on March 6.
We have scheduled two events with Tod:
- a poetry workshop in the library’s 1520 classroom from 3:00-4:00 pm, and;
- a reading upstairs in the library from 6:00-7:30 pm.
Everyone is welcome at both events. We will serve light refreshments during the evening reading.
Tod Marshall is a poet and professor at Gonzaga University and is serving as the poet laureate from 2016-2018. He is the author most recently of Bugle (2014), which won the Washington State Book Award in 2015.
