2026-27 Show Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships and donations are vital to the success of the Bishop Center for Performing Arts. Sponsoring shows allows us to bring in outside performers we may otherwise not be able to and continue to support live performing arts opportunities for our students and community members. In addition to our music and theatre department events, this year we will be welcoming four outside performers, and we are excited to introduce Hospitality Sponsorships. Hospitality Sponsorships are designed for small businesses or families to have the chance to participate in sponsorship and impact our 2026-27 season directly.
All Show Sponsors will Receive:
- Name or logo on the cover of the sponsored program
- Up to 8 tickets to the show
- A half page of ad space in the program
- This can promote a business, community event, fundraiser, or be used in many other ways!
- Recognition in social media posts and Facebook events
- Mentions in radio and print advertising
- Your name or business included on the 2026-27 supporters list in the new “Show Sponsors” section for the entire season
All sponsors have the option to remain anonymous or opt out of any sponsor benefit if they choose.

NEW Hospitality Sponsorships
Ranging from $300-$500, our new hospitality sponsorships are designed for families or small businesses to have the opportunity to participate in supporting our Bishop Center for Performing Arts programing. There can be up to 3 hospitality sponsors per show and sponsorship funds support the hospitality costs associated with 2026-27 programming, which can range from hotel rooms for outside performers, to bottled water and a strike meal for GHC theatrical productions.
As a state intuition, state funds are not allowed to be used to provide food and beverages for our musicians, casts, and crews and anything that has been provided previously has been at personal cost to the purchaser. A hospitality sponsorship through the Grays Harbor College Foundation will allow us to support our local performing arts community more completely.
All Hospitality Sponsors will Receive:
- 2 tickets to the show
- Ad space in the program – approximately business card sized
- This can promote a business, community event, fundraiser, or be used in many other ways!
- Recognition in social media posts and Facebook events
- Physical signs in green room letting performers know the show’s hospitality sponsor(s)
All sponsors have the option to remain anonymous or opt out of any sponsor benefit if they choose.

Each show or production can have up to three sponsors at $300 each.
