Bachelor Programs

Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degrees are an additional two years of full-time study on top of the credits you’ve already earned during your associate’s degree. With programs in Organizational Management, Forest Resources Management, and Teacher Education, our programs fill skill gaps in practical, market driven fields, where job requirements have advanced beyond the associate degree level.

Organizational Management

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management (BAS-OM) program is designed to enable applicants with AAS, AAS-T, and AT degrees to combine their lower-division technical preparation with upper-division credits in organizational management, resulting in a practical, application-oriented, four-year degree. New applicants can only begin BASM courses Fall quarter, but prerequisite courses, if needed, can be taken during Spring and Summer prior to your program start.

Forest Resources Management

The Bachelor of Applied Science – Forest Resources Management (BAS-FRM) program enables applicants with an AAS, or AAS-T in Natural Resources to combine their lower-division technical preparation with upper-division credits in forest resource management, resulting in a practical, application-oriented, four-year degree. New applicants can begin Fall, Winter, or Spring quarters.

Teacher Education

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Teacher Education program is the next step for applicants who complete an AAS in Early Childhood Education or returning students with a bachelor’s or master’s degree who are interested in K-8 certification with an English Language endorsement. With a focus on academic rigor and cultural competency, graduates can begin their professional careers or apply directly to master-level programs throughout the state. There are prerequisite courses required to enter the program. New cohorts start every fall.
