Job Description

  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Greet and direct students and other center visitors
  • Dispense information about GHC services and offerings
  • Create simple documents and flyers
  • Fax, copy, and file documents 
  • Monitor Classroom technology
  • Assist with test proctoring
  • Lock/unlock the building
  • Light housekeeping
  • Other duties as needed

  • Good people skills
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  • Legible handwriting
  • Good phone skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Discrete
  • Honest and reliable

Eligibility Criteria

  • Enrolled in 6 Credits or More
  • Must be Meeting Standard Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Federal/State Financial Aid processed and awarded in ctcLink
  • Have room in unmet Federal/Cost of Attendance Need money - $2500 Maximum per quarter
