If you have noticed that a student’s behavior pattern has changed, do not be afraid to discuss your concerns with the student. Our CARE Team is here to provide assistance to you and the student. Please fill out the report below and allow 1-2 business days to receive a response.
Our CARE form is designed to enable faculty, staff and students to voluntarily report “red flag behaviors” that have raised concerns. The report will provide a mechanism for responding to individual situations and will reveal patterns of concerning behavior of specific students. It will provide a standardized method for recording observations of troublesome behaviors and for alerting staff of potential concerns. This is intended for non-emergency situations only. As always, for emergencies that require immediate intervention call 911.

We all play a role in keeping our campus safe. Remember to stay vigilant and say something when you see signs of suspicious activity. When you notice something out of the ordinary, report who or what you saw, when you saw it, where it occurred and why it’s suspicious using our Behavioral Concerns form (or 9-1-1, in case of an emergency).
