In honor of Dolly Parton’s birthday and her work surrounding children’s literacy, TRIO is hosting a birthday party and book drive!
Tuesday, Jan. 20 | 1pm-3pm | Hillier Event Center: TRIO’s Do-Si-Dolly Hoedown – Grab your boots and join us for some lively square dancing and cupcakes! Hosted by the Grays Harbor Haylofters.
Wednesday, Jan. 21 | 2pm | Spellman 1512: Dolly Movie Watch Party – Cozy up with friends & popcorn, and enjoy a film starring dear Dolly Parton.
Thursday, Jan. 22 | 6pm-8pm | tulalW 1st floor: Rock & Rhinestones Karaoke Night – Show off your singing skills and cheer on your classmates! Join us to celebrate the King and Queen – Elvis Presley and Dolly Parton!
Imagination Library Children’s Book Drive – Help us spread the joy of reading by donating new or gently used children’s books. Donations can be dropped off at the TRIO Office (Spellman 1512) during normal business hours. Books will be given to the Aberdeen Rotary to be distributed to the Little Free Libraries around town.
