Second Annual CHEF Garden Day – Rise and Thyme!

Date & Time: Thursday, April 16, 2026
Location: In front of the tulalW Culinary labs (3000 Building)

Join us for the Second Annual CHEF (Culinary Herbs Educational Field) Garden Day, a hands-in-the-dirt celebration of growth, learning, and community!
On the first Thursday of Spring Quarter, we’ll come together to refresh and renew the CHEF Garden. Activities will include cleaning out last season’s plants, revitalizing the raised beds, and planting new seeds and seedlings to support our culinary and educational programs.

How you can participate

  • Help refresh and replant the raised beds
  • Donate soil, seeds, or seedlings (if you’re able)
  • Bring seeds to share and take part in a college-wide seed swap

Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just curious, this is a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature, each other, and the food systems that nourish our campus.
Let’s dig in, grow together, and Rise and Thyme once again!
