Change of Major/Program
Many students change majors after starting college, sometimes more than once. It is important that your correct major be identified in your records, to graduate, and for you to have a faculty advisor appropriate for your career choice. Click the blue button below to fill out the Change of Major/Program form. Please meet with a faculty advisor or entry navigator before submitting the form. Changes to programs during the quarter can have a significant impact on your funding requirements.
Please Note: Any program change request submitted after the 10th Day of the Quarter, will be processed for the following quarter. Changes to programs during the quarter can have a significant impact on your funding requirements
If changing your major/program also means you need a new faculty advisor, provide the name of the instructor that you would like to have as your new faculty advisor. The Admissions and Records Office will notify you of whether your preferred faculty advisor was available or if an alternate faculty advisor was assigned.
If you want to change your faculty advisor but not your major/program, please contact the Student Support Center to make an appointment with an entry navigator who can help you changing your faculty advisor.
