Summary Job Description

Successful candidate will meet with students in small groups and one-on-one to provide literacy tutoring, academic enrichment and STEAM activities. 

Typical Duties

  • Supervising and Leading student activities
  • Homework and Academic support
  • Assisting with snacks and supper

Employee Qualifications

  • Employment in this position requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Applicants must have completed or placed in English 095 or higher
  • Applicants must have completed or placed in Math 093 or higher

**Applicants must pass a Washington State Patrol background check.**

Hours

Monday to Thursday

  • Stevens Elementary Program 3:25 PM to 5:25 PM
  • Miller Junior High Program 2:45 PM to 5:15 PM

Eligibility Criteria

  • Enrolled in 6 Credits or More
  • Must be Meeting Standard Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Federal/State Financial Aid processed and awarded in ctcLink
  • Have unmet need - Federal Cost of Attendance - $2500 maximum per quarter.
