Summary Job Description

Assist in the daily operations of Charlie’s Closet, including organizing inventory, helping students access items, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting outreach and promotional activities.

Typical Duties

  • Greet and assist students using the closet
  • Sort, wash, and organize donated clothing and hygiene items
  • Track inventory and restock as needed Maintain a clean and welcoming space
  • Help plan and promote clothing drives and events
  • Record usage data and report to the supervisor

Employee Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must exercise maturity in dealing with peers and confidential information
  • Able to work independently and follow directions
  • Reliable

Eligibility Criteria

  • Enrolled in 6 Credits or More
  • Must be Meeting Standard Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Federal/State Financial Aid processed and awarded in ctcLink
  • Have room in unmet Federal/Cost of Attendance Need money – $2500 Maximum per quarter
