Summary Job Description
This position will perform clerical duties and assigned projects to support the Enrollment/Student Services department’s objectives.
Typical Duties
- Office reception duties, includes greeting & assisting students, faculty, staff, and the general public
- Answer the telephone and take messages
- Make copies, make files, fax, scan using Quillex, file documents, prepare mailings
- Use of Word, Excel, and other college programs to create/update documents and files
- Handle the mail
- Utilize ctcLink and/or Student (Verification) Lookup tool
- Assist potential students with applying to GHC and completing their FAFSA application.

- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Must exercise maturity in dealing with peers and confidential information
- Able to work independently and follow directions
