Summary Job Description
This position will perform clerical duties and assigned projects to support the department objectives.
Typical Duties
- Office reception, includes greeting & assisting students, faculty, staff, and general public
- Make copies, make files, fax, scan, file documents, empty shredder, prepare mailings
- Create and update excel spreadsheets with accuracy
- Use of Word, Excel, and other college programs to create/update documents and files
- Provide support to staff in the Human Resource Office

- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must exercise maturity in dealing with peers and confidential information
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Reliable
