You’re almost to the finish line! As you wrap up your degree at GHC, take a moment to review the information below to make sure everything is set for your degree and commencement ceremony.
Pick-up will be offered at no charge to graduating Chokers at the Aberdeen Campus Student Life office throughout May and June. Stop by between 9am-3pm; first floor of the tulaIW student building.

Graduates who are unable to pick up regalia in advance may do so at Graduate Check-In on the day of the ceremony. Please arrive early if you plan to do this.
Commencement Registration
Do I need to register to participate?
No. All students eligible to graduate may participate and walk with the 2025–2026 GHC graduating class.
Please Note: To have your name included in the printed ceremony program, you must submit a Graduation Application with the Enrollment Office by May 16, 2026.
Summer Completion Eligibility
Students completing degree requirements in Summer Quarter 2026 may participate in the spring commencement ceremony, provided they are registered for summer quarter classes.

Arrival & Graduate Check-In
Graduates should arrive no later than 5:15 p.m. to allow time for check-in and lineup.

Graduate Pedestrian Entrance: Holmes St. side entrance
General Parking: Main entrance off N. B St.
ADA parking: Grant St. field entrance (clearly marked)
Graduate Instructions
Arrive by 5:15 p.m. (gates open at 4:30 p.m.)
Spiked heels are not permitted on the field, including pumps, stilettos, kitten heels, and metal cleats. Guests wearing these types of shoes will not be allowed on the turf.
Follow signage to Graduate Check-In to complete your name card and line up
Please follow usher instructions for seating (processional) and exiting (recessional).
