The DEC is celebrating Black History Month!

Join us in honoring the incredible contributions and rich heritage of Black Americans throughout history. Throughout February, the Diversity and Equity Center is hosting a series of events to educate, inspire, and uplift.

Learn about the courageous civil rights activists who paved the way for justice and equality. From Rosa Parks to Malcolm X, their stories continue to ignite change and inspire generations.
Get motivated with powerful quotes from influential Black leaders. Their words resonate with strength, resilience, and the pursuit of a better world for all.
And what's a celebration without music? Tune into our special Black History Month playlist, featuring iconic songs that amplify the voices and experiences of the Black community.

Let's come together to honor, reflect, and celebrate the vibrant tapestry of Black history. Can't wait to see you there! #BlackHistoryMonth
