Canoe House Dedication & Ribbon Cutting
The Canoe House at Camp Bishop is complete and we're celebrating with a dedication & ribbon cutting! The Canoe House is a new structure built in partnership with Aberdeen Museum, Grays Harbor College Carpentry Program, Grays Harbor Community Foundation, Will Foster, and various donors. It was built to house a 25 foot restored Old Town Canoe that was used in the water safety program funded by the American Red Cross in 1946 that was used in programming in the 1970s for youth with the Y.
