Relational Leadership Training for GHC Healthcare Students
We have a very special opportunity at GHC for healthcare students to work with Dr. Kyle Turner, a clinical pharmacist, professor, and national leadership trainer who specializes in helping future healthcare and human services professionals develop people-centered leadership. He blends experience, warmth, and practical tools that make this session meaningful and memorable.
He will bring an interactive two-hour session to our students, where they will: Discover and share their story of self, Build psychological safety and trust with teams, Practice relational leadership tools, Develop confidence, communication, and self-awareness, Make connections that matter—in school, in work, in life.
Whether their future is in: Health Care (nursing, pharmacy, public health), Human Services (counseling, social work, child development), Leadership & Project Management (business, education, civic work) ...this session will help you build the human skills that make technical skills work.
Students will walk away with Increased self-awareness and sense of purpose, Tools for stronger collaboration and communication, Confidence to lead in healthcare, human services, and beyond.
This is not a lecture. This is an experience. Students should come ready to reflect, connect, and grow into the kind of leader others remember.
Help students connect the dots Relational Leadership is about who you are and how you lead others by being real, respectful, and reflective. This will prepare you for real-world team dynamics in careers where people count on you.
It’s not about being in charge. It’s about being someone others trust and want to follow.
