Course Description: 
This is the lab course that introduces students to basic knife skills, salad preparation, basic dressing and variations. Safety and proper tool and equipment usage are stressed. 2 lab hours.

Prerequisites: Concurrent enrollment in CUL 140 or instructor permission.
