PUFFS at the Bishop Center November 2-5

The Bishop Center for Performing Arts at Grays Harbor College and Plank Island Theatre Company invite you to enjoy a “play for anyone who has never been destined to save the world!” The play PUFFS, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic will run at at the Bishop Center Thursday, November 2, 3, and 4 at 7:30 pm with a matinee on Sunday, November 5 at 2:00 pm.

PUFFS is written by New York-based playwright Matt Cox. The play is a parody of a certain boy wizard, told from the perspective of the Puffs. In PUFFS, a boy named Wayne receives an invitation to attend a certain school of magic. Wayne is whisked to a train station and soon finds himself in a sorting ceremony where he is sorted into the Puffs. A saga then unfolds over the next seven years at “a certain school of magic and magic.”

Tickets can be purchased at ghc.edu/bishop, by calling 360-538-4066, or at the Box Office before the show. Tickets are $15 each and free for those 12 and under. All Grays Harbor and Pacific County students can get free admission by bringing their student ID cards to the Box Office 30 minutes before the show.
