About ctcLink

What Are the Benefits of ctcLink to Me as a Student?

Grays Harbor College is changing the student information system to ctcLink to make it more convenient for students.  The move to ctcLink will help you better manage your entire college experience.  You’ll be able to the following:

  • Register for classes from your mobile device and online.
  • View your student information 24/7 as well as register for classes and pay tuition at any time.
  • Register for specific courses that apply to remaining program requirements.
  • Apply for admissions, register for classes, apply for financial aid, check grades, and request transitions under one login.

If you are a current student, you will be assigned a new ID number in November 2021 – a ctcLink ID – and, after launch, all new incoming students will receive a ctcLink ID.  With this new ID, you will have one login to access your information across Grays Harbor College as well as all Washington community and technical colleges.  If you transfer in from or out to another community or technical college in Washington state, you will be able to use that same ID to access your information, which will follow you.

What is the ctcLink Project?

The ctcLink Project is the implementation process to move colleges from the HP Legacy system to Oracle PeopleSoft products (Campus Solutions, Finance, Human Capital Management).

It's a People Project

ctcLink is about much more than new software. As the current 35-plus-year-old administrative system is replaced during the five-year ctcLink Project, college staff will examine core business processes and practices to align with the delivered software solution making for standardized practices across the 34-college system.

There is more information on the ctcLink | SBCTC website.

When Will This Change Take Place?

ctcLink is scheduled to go live for Grays Harbor College during Fall Quarter on November 8, 2021.  Students will have access to ctcLink mid-November.  As we get closer to the go live date, you’ll receive more information.

The services and information that have been used to accessing will be different. It is going to take time for everyone to get up to speed. We understand this will be a transition for you as well. We will work to provide you with information and support to make it through this transition process. We will be sending out prompts using the GHC Alerts System to let you know when there is new information, or you need to take action.
