Looking for a way to put fitness in your day? Want try BOSUs or Ripstix, or Nordic Walking poles or Battle Ropes and more?
Students and staff are invited to workout at the GET FIT hour from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday-Friday. Workouts on Mondays and Wednesdays will include a 15 minute Rev Up session in the gym followed by strength and cardio work in the Fitness Lab. An ab session and target exercise will follow, finishing with a cool down and flexibilty focus. Staff will be available to assist, evaluate, and advise participants. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays the facility will be open at the same time for independent workouts.
