Theater Production Coordinator

Job Description

The Production Coordinator will perform clerical duties and assigned projects to support campus theater production objectives, including annual Musical and spring Drama.

Typical Duties

  • Greeting  and assisting students, faculty, staff, and general public
  • Make copies, file, other clerical
  • Maintain social media posts
  • Research options to acquire props and costumes
  • Use Microsoft Office and Google Suite to create/update documents, rehearsal schedules, and files
  • Provide clerical support to staff of Theater Productions

Employee Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-Starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise maturity in dealing with peers and confidential information
  • Ability to follow directions and instructions
  • Reliable, consistent, dependable

Eligibility Criteria

  • Enrolled in 6 Credits or More
  • Must be Meeting Standard Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Federal/State Financial Aid processed and awarded in ctcLink
  • Have room in unmet Federal/Cost of Attendance Need money - $2500 Maximum per quarter
