As our fall seasons are winding down, our winter sports seasons are getting ready to get going. We have multiple sports in action this weekend.

Volleyball
The volleyball team is still in the hunt for the playoffs. Tonight we host the Highline Thunderbirds at Hoquiam High School at 7pm. This is our last home match of the regular season and is our Sophomore recognition night. We are currently tied for the 4th and final playoff spot to qualify for the NWAC Tournament, with Centralia. This is a crucial match tonight for us to keep our playoff hopes alive. Again this game is played in Hoquiam not at Sam Benn Gym due to a scheduling conflict at Aberdeen High.

Women’s Wrestling
We have a couple of different events going this weekend. We have a group heading to Colorado for the Dave Schultz Tournament in Colorado, another group heading to Burnaby British Columbia for a tourney Saturday, and a few of our wrestlers competing in the WCWA #1 vs #2 All Stars Dual Match on Sunday in New Jersey.

Men’s Basketball
Our men’s basketball team is heading to Clackamas, Oregon for a scrimmage this Sunday.
