Job Description
This position will provide support to students in the computer lab.
Typical Duties
Assist students with:
- Checking in / out
- Computer logins
- Printing
- Software assistance
- Ensuring lab computers are all functioning
- Reporting any issues to Lab Manager
- Occasionally assisting with Projector/Peripherals in Collaborative Lab
Employee Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at Grays Harbor College, eligible for the work study program.
- Basic technical skills and familiarity with IT equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled in 6 Credits or More
- Must be Meeting Standard Academic Progress (SAP)
- Federal/State Financial Aid processed and awarded in ctcLink
- Have unmet need - Federal Cost of Attendance - $2500 maximum per quarter.
