Job Description.
This position will perform clerical duties and assists the Office of Instruction team.
Typical Duties
- Answering phone calls and taking messages or directing questions to appropriate people when necessary.
- Coping materials and filing documents.
- Checking copy rooms in all buildings, restocking paper and supplies as needed.
- Receiving and distributing mail and other materials.
- Check supplies in all copy rooms & main supply room (2000 & 4000 bldg), restock as needed
- Performing a variety of clerical tasks such as review/updating/formatting documents, maintaining records and/or sending out letters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Employee Qualifications
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently or as a team
- Reliable Transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled in 6 Credits or More
- Must be Meeting Standard Academic Progress (SAP)
- Federal/State Financial Aid processed and awarded in ctcLink
- Have room in unmet Federal/Cost of Attendance Need money - $2500 Maximum per quarter
