Summary Job Description
This position will perform clerical and some creative duties and assigned projects to support campus theatre productions and team, including annual Musical and Spring Drama.
Please note that this position begins in the fall quarter.
Typical Duties
- Greeting & assisting students, faculty, staff and general public
- Make copies, make files - Maintain postings on social media sites
- Research options to acquire props and costumes
- Assisting with the creating of props and costumes
- Use of Word, Excel, Google Doc/Sheets and other programs to create/update documents, rehearsal schedules, and files
- Provide support to staff of Theatre Productions
- Assisting with organization, cleaning, and tidying work areas
Employee Qualifications
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs/Sheets
- Self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must exercise maturity in dealing with peers and confidential information
- Must exercise maturity in dealing with peers and confidential information
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Reliability
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled in 6 Credits or More
- Must be Meeting Standard Academic Progress (SAP)
- Federal/State Financial Aid processed and awarded in ctcLink
- Have room in unmet Federal/Cost of Attendance Need money - $2500 Maximum per quarter
